The Gates Corporation in Versailles has been providing strong customer and employee relationships since 1980. The plant is currently employing over 500 people. Gates produces hydraulic couplings for construction, infrastructure, agriculture, energy and transportation. With the addition of a new building in 2014, Gates has expanded its total square footage to over 200,000. Gates Versailles harbors sponsorships for local events and entities such as school systems, Chamber of Commerce, Royal Arts Council and many more. Gates is headquartered in Denver, CO and its patriarch Charles C. Gates began the company in 1911. At present Gates has more than 13,500 staff members worldwide and operates in 30 countries and 100 locations. The City of Versailles is proud that Gates Corporation is within our city limits.
