This questionnaire is vitally important to a grant the City of Versailles has received for a Lead Service Line Inventory that must be completed on all water lines in Missouri municipalities to satisfy the EPA rule 40 CFR part 141. This inventory will show that no lead based water lines or connections are in use for health and safety.
